Shoe Dog / Phil Knight
In high school, I saved up from my first tutoring job to splurge on Nike's clothes. I later ran my first marathon in their shoes.
Never once did it cross my mind that this brand, the iconic swoosh, had been anything other than the legendary household name it is today.
"Shoe Dog" taught me otherwise. Nike's journey is a story of passion, tenacity, and authenticity, with humanity at the core of it's business. Phil Knight is one of one.
